**Enterslice** is looking for a **QA Tester**. The role is best suited for someone who has a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills. Along with technical capabilities, expertise in executing test cases and delivering quality output is needed to be able to do justice to this role.

As the QA Tester, you must have the expertise to ensure that only robust and scalable products hit the market. You must also possess the foresight to track industry trends and weave them into our best practices and feature/product launches.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and execute all aspects of the software testing process, including test planning, test case development, execution, and defect tracking.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and design test strategies and test plans accordingly.
- Develop and maintain test cases, test scripts, and test data sets to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Execute manual and automated test cases to validate software functionality, performance, usability, and security.
- Identify, analyze, and document software defects, issues, and risks using defect tracking tools and project management systems.
- Work closely with developers to reproduce and troubleshoot reported defects, providing detailed information and necessary steps to reproduce issues.
- Continuously improve and optimize the testing process by identifying areas for automation, implementing test automation frameworks, and integrating automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior QA testers, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies related to software testing, and recommend improvements to the team's testing practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a QA Tester or similar role, with at least **3 years of experience **in software testing and quality assurance.
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, test case development, and defect tracking.
- Experience with both manual and automated testing techniques, including test planning, test script development, and execution.
- Proficiency in using industry-standard QA tools and frameworks, such as **Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, JIRA, and Confluence.**:

- Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and tools, such as Selenium WebDriver or similar.
- Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and working experience in an Agile development environment.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and experience in integrating automated tests into the deployment process.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and identify potential issues and risks.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- A detail-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality software products.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
