**R&D Intern - AI Agents & Automation**

Location: Remote / Hybrid - Pune

Duration: 3-6 months (flexible)

Start Date: Immediate or as per availability

**Overview**

Join us at the frontier of AI innovation. This internship focuses on developing smart backend systems and domain-specific AI agents. You’ll work on automating testing pipelines, building modular AI tools, and exploring how agents can streamline real-world enterprise workflows.

What You’ll Do
- Build and experiment with Python-based AI agents using LangChain or similar libraries
- Support backend automation projects with scripts, APIs, and orchestration workflows
- Contribute to AI-powered tools for telecom testing, observability, and anomaly detection
- Explore AI use cases across industries such as Telecom, Finance, and Healthcare
- Implement microservices, cron jobs, and script-based utilities to drive AI workflows
- Document and present insights, PoCs, and demos with supporting notebooks or dashboards

**What We’re Looking For**
- Proficiency in Python
- Familiarity with ML/AI libraries (e.g., pandas, scikit-learn, OpenAI API)
- Interest in automation, prompt engineering, and intelligent systems
- Curiosity, creativity, and a willingness to experiment

**Great-to-Have (But You Can Learn with Us)**
- Exposure to agent frameworks like LangChain or Haystack
- Understanding of REST APIs and backend tools like FastAPI
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins)
- Awareness of observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana)
