**What you’ll do**:
As a UX Researcher, you will shape and reframe research requests, assess the product’s ability to meet customer needs and engage in secondary research across a product area or set of features. Our multi-disciplinary team includes product and visual designers, content design and user assistant writers and design evangelists.

In your day-to-day, you will:

- Conduct primary research to explore customer behavior, motivations and mental models using methods such as field studies, interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
- Collaborate with Design, Product Management, Engineering, and more experienced researchers to create ease to use products that deliver value.
- Prioritize and sequence research projects to deliver high quality data while managing multiple stakeholders.
- Help translate business product goals and requirements into evaluative research sessions.
- Design robust research plans leveraging different research methods to collect and analyze user behavior.
- Conduct research including stakeholder and customer/end user interviews, usability studies and other methods. Analyze and synthesize the findings. Effectively communicating via artifacts ultimately landing impact by surfacing insights that influence the product design.
- Quickly ramp up on the product domain that you will be supporting.
- Be responsible for recruiting and soliciting users for research purposes.

**What you bring**:

- Minimum 4+ years of experience in mixed method UX Research
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- You should be proficient in industry-standard user research tooling such as research tools for surveys, remote studies and unmoderated studies.
- You have a portfolio that displays a spectrum of research insights and methods and an excellent understanding of qualitative and quantitative data.
- You have outstanding collaboration and stakeholder management skills that enable you to successfully drive projects within a team.
- Ability to articulate research findings and insights in a clear and logical manner via conversations or presentations.
- Experience with survey design and analysis
- Fluency in both written and spoken English.
