We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Anaplan Trainer to join our team on a part-time basis.

As an Anaplan Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions to individuals or groups of employees, clients, or partners on how to effectively use Anaplan software for planning, budgeting, forecasting, and decision-making purposes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct training sessions on Anaplan software, covering various topics such as model building, data integration, dashboards, and reporting.
- Develop training materials, including presentations, handouts, exercises, and quizzes, to support the learning objectives.
- Customize training content to meet the specific needs and skill levels of different audiences, including end-users, administrators, and executives.
- Provide hands-on support and guidance to participants during training sessions, answering questions and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest features and updates to the Anaplan platform, incorporating relevant information into training sessions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify training needs and develop training plans aligned with organizational goals.
- Gather feedback from participants to evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions and make improvements as needed.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new Anaplan users, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills necessary to be successful.
- Maintain training records and documentation, tracking attendance, evaluations, and other relevant information.
- Continuously improve training materials and delivery methods based on best practices and feedback from participants.

**Requirements**:

- Strong understanding of Anaplan software, including its functionality, features, and capabilities.
- Previous experience delivering training or conducting workshops, preferably in a corporate or professional setting.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Patient and supportive attitude, with a passion for helping others learn and succeed.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification or formal training in Anaplan is a plus, but not required.
- Flexibility to work part-time hours, including evenings or weekends, as needed to accommodate training schedules.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
