Hostel Warden

Seking a dedicated and responsible Hostel Warden to join our team. As a Hostel Warden, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the well-being and safety of our students who reside in the school's hostel. We are looking for an individual who is caring, approachable, and can create a warm and supportive environment for our students.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Student Welfare**:Supervise and monitor the daily activities of hostel residents.
Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment for students.
Address any concerns or issues raised by students promptly and empathetically.

**Security and Safety**:Implement and enforce security protocols to ensure the safety of hostel residents.
Conduct regular inspections to identify and address safety hazards.
Respond to emergency situations and follow the school's safety procedures.

**Rules and Discipline**:Enforce hostel rules and regulations fairly and consistently.
Promote a culture of respect, responsibility, and good behavior among students.
Report any disciplinary issues to the school administration as necessary.

**Health and Hygiene**:Monitor students' health and ensure they have access to necessary medical care.
Oversee cleanliness and hygiene standards in the hostel facilities.
Promote healthy eating habits among students.

**Communication**:Maintain open and effective communication with school staff, parents, and students.
Keep records of incidents, student behavior, and any relevant information.

**Administrative Duties**:Manage hostel records, including attendance and inventory.
Assist in the organization of hostel events and activities.
Participate in staff meetings and training sessions as required.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Prior experience in hostel management or a related field is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to work with diverse groups of students.
- Basic computer skills for maintaining records and reports.
- Physical fitness and the ability to respond to emergency situations.
- A passion for creating a positive and supportive living environment for students.

**Working Hours**:
The Hostel Warden position may require flexible hours, including evening and weekend duties, to ensure the well-being of hostel residents.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
