**Designation**: STORES IN-CHARGE

**Required Experience**: 4 to 6 years (Process of procurement in the lighting industry. Vendor Development. Cost Reduction)

**Salary**: 7 Lakhs to 10 Lakhs per annum

**Working Location**: Pune

**Qualification**: Diploma (Electrical / Electronics)

**Gender Preference**: Male/Female

INDUSTRY TYPE Lighting

Language Good proficiency in English, Hindi & Marathi

TRAVEL To vendors & suppliers must have a valid driving license

KNOWLEDGE

1. Knowledge of raw material required for LED manufacturing A B C of materials.

2. Preparing daily/weekly/monthly reports

3. Best Practices in vendor development

4. All Electronics Component, Lighting fixture & Consumable Raw Materials for LED Lights & LED Driver.

5. MS Office, ERP, SAP MM

WORKING ABILITY

1. Ability to plan, implement, follow up by getting the required materials in time

2. Expertise in developing local vendors, reducing the cost of procurement of material

3. Ensuring timely supply of Materials Tools, Instruments in line with shift wise production schedule

4. Maintain complete updated purchasing records/data and pricing in the system.

5. Ensure that vendors/suppliers have supplied the materials as per drawing and standards specified in PO.

6. Self motivated individual having excellent communication skills and good interpersonal skills.

7. Self Initiator.

8. Positive attitude and Team work attention to detail and are able to deliver high-quality work under pressure organisation skills and are able to work independently and make quick decisions

9. Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices and experience with Import Clearance is required

10. Monitoring stock levels and placing orders as needed

11. Preparing reports on purchases, including cost analyses

12. Tracking orders and ensuring timely delivery
- Reviewing the quality of purchased products

Entering order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases

Coordinate with internal & external stake-holders to ensure that required material is available in time.
