**Job Title**: UX/UI Designer

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other team members to understand user needs, business goals, and technical requirements.
- Conduct user research (surveys, interviews, usability testing) to gather insights and inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts effectively.
- Refine and improve designs based on user feedback and testing results.
- Ensure consistency of design across all platforms by creating and maintaining design systems, style guides, and UI libraries.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging tools to ensure designs are modern, innovative, and competitive.
- Communicate design ideas and concepts clearly to stakeholders, developers, and other team members.
- Work with front-end developers to ensure seamless design implementation and pixel-perfect delivery.
- Continuously evaluate product designs to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects (web and mobile).
- Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, and/or InVision.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and conducting usability testing.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development concepts is a plus.
- Experience designing for both mobile-first and desktop-first interfaces.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design rationale to stakeholders.

**Education & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field is preferred but not required.
- 2+ years of experience working as a UX/UI Designer, preferably in a product-focused or tech environment.
- Experience working with Agile or other iterative development methodologies is a plus.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
