Job Title - Product Owner with BA having Finance domain knowledge

Job Location-Pune

Notice period-0-15 Days

Lead cross team communications, driving discussions for requirements, acceptance criteria etc

Scrum master duties, regarding azure devops board management, grooming

Meet with dev management to discuss and scope user st ories, acceptance criteria

Hold meetings with dev team to groom estimate user stories for sprint planning.

Drive documentation for internal dev team consumption

Create documentation for external consumers product groups, meet with other POs to understand consumer requirements

4 years of product owner project management experience

4 years managing scrum team backlogs and familiarity with agile processes.

2 years as a product advocate, educating and assisting teams to consume and on board to created products.

JOB SUMMARY

The Business Analyst provides strategic analysis services to business and delivery partners. The focus of this position is to work closely with the business units to gain in-depth understanding of customer s bu siness strategy, processes, services, roadmap, the context in which the business operates, and translate them into technology requirements. The Business Analyst is responsible for reviewing assigned business processes from end-to-end, to identify and address operational and technological risks. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency. Business analysts often are custodians of business requirements and product road maps, and act as a liaison between the customer teams and delivery teams.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage customer relationships and expectations, facilitating project meetings and presentations to all types o f diverse audiences.

Identify and facilitate process design changes by conducting business systems process analysis and design.

Producing required project documentation (business requirements, scope matrix, use cases, sequence diagrams, UATplan).

Collaborate closely with developers to implement the requirements, provide necessary guidance to testers during QA process.

Serve as a liaison between business and IT to gather requirements needed for system modifications enhancements..
