**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Safely operate overhead cranes to lift, move, and position materials and products
- Inspect cranes and rigging equipment before use to ensure they are in proper working condition
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries
- Communicate with team members to coordinate material movements and ensure efficient workflow
- Monitor crane operations to identify any issues or malfunctions and report them to the maintenance team
- Maintain accurate records of materials handled and tasks completed
- Adhere to production schedules and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
- Participate in regular safety training sessions and promote a culture of safety among coworkers

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Crane Operator, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Valid crane operator certification or license
- Strong understanding of crane operation techniques and safety procedures
- Ability to interpret blueprints and schematics
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness
- Physical strength and stamina to perform lifting and rigging tasks
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
