**Position**: Customer Support Executive

**Work Mode**: Work From Office
**Process**: Domestic Process

**Headcount Required**: 20 Profiles

**Interview Process**: HR Round → Ops Round → Joining Formalities → Joining

**Job Overview**

We are seeking dynamic and customer-focused professionals to join our team as **Customer Support Executives**. The role involves handling customer queries efficiently while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow company policies and procedures to handle complaints and escalate issues when required.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Work effectively in a rotational shift schedule, including weekends.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Graduate/Undergraduate (Both can be considered).
- **Experience**: Minimum 6 months of customer service experience is mandatory.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills in **English and Hindi** (both verbal and written).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle pressure and manage high call volumes efficiently.
- **Shift Timings**: 24/7 rotational shifts (6 days working, 1 weekly off).
- **Cab Facility**: Not provided.

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
