
Back Office Coordinator

**Data Management**:Handling sensitive and confidential information, maintaining and updating company databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
**Report Preparation**:Creating and submitting regular reports to management related to audits and inspections.
**Communication and Coordination**:Facilitating communication between different departments, including audit teams, & compliance teams.
**Administrative Support**:Assisting with various administrative tasks such as scheduling, correspondence, and maintaining records.
**Compliance**:Ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulatory requirements for audits and inspections.
**Audit Support**:Providing support to audit teams, including gathering information, preparing documents, and coordinating with auditees.
**Essential Skills and Qualifications**:
- **Strong organizational and time management skills**: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
- **Good communication skills**: Verbal, for interacting with various Clients or Auditors.
- **Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite**: Especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- **Attention to detail**: Ensuring accuracy in data entry, report preparation, and other tasks.
- **Ability to handle confidential information with discretion**: Maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive data related to audits and inspections.
- **Experience in a back-office or administrative role**: Preferably in a company dealing with audits, inspections, or related services.
- **Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements**: Beneficial for understanding the context of audits and inspections.
Pay: ₹11,026.96 - ₹16,000.00 per month
