We are seeking a highly capable and organized **Back Office Executive **to join our team. As a Back Office Executive, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient and smooth operations within the company. You will handle a variety of tasks such as managing files and documents, coordinating with various departments, and maintaining accurate records. Your attention to detail and ability to multitask will contribute to our overall success.
**Responsibilities**
- Manage and maintain files, records, and documents in an organized manner.
- Prepare and update reports, presentations, and spreadsheets as needed.
- Coordinate with various departments to gather required information and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing office supplies.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
- Collaborate with team members and provide support as needed.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Back Office Executive or similar administrative role is preferred.
- **Proficient in using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).**:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- **Excellent verbal and written communication skills.**:
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Familiarity with data entry and record keeping.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
**Experience**:
