
Inventory Controller

**Inventory Management**: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, including stock counts, stock movements, and adjustments. Implement efficient inventory control procedures to optimize stock levels and minimize excess or obsolete inventory.
- **Stock Replenishment**: Monitor stock levels of fast-moving and slow-moving items to ensure timely replenishment. Coordinate with purchasing teams to place orders for replenishment and manage stock rotation to minimize wastage.
- **Stock Auditing**: Conduct regular stock audits to verify inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies. Investigate and resolve discrepancies in collaboration with relevant departments.
- **Forecasting and Planning**: Analyze sales trends, historical data, and seasonal patterns to forecast demand and plan inventory levels accordingly. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align inventory plans with promotional activities and upcoming events.
- **Supplier Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of stock and resolve any issues related to quality, quantity, or delivery schedules.
- **Reporting**: Generate regular reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and key performance metrics. Provide insights and recommendations to management to optimize inventory management processes and improve efficiency.
- **Process Improvement**: Continuously evaluate inventory management processes and identify opportunities for improvement. Implement solutions to streamline workflows, reduce costs, and enhance overall efficiency.
- **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies related to inventory management, including safety standards, quality control, and documentation requirements.
