3. **Safety Training**
- Develop and implement safety training programs for all employees.
- Conduct regular safety drills and workshops.

4. **Incident Investigation**
- Investigate accidents and near-misses to determine causes.
- Recommend corrective actions and ensure they are implemented.

5. **Safety Policies and Procedures**
- Develop and maintain safety policies and procedures specific to foundry operations.
- Ensure that safety manuals are accessible and up to date.

6. **Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)**
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of PPE.
- Conduct regular inspections of PPE and replace as needed.

7. **Emergency Preparedness**
- Create and maintain emergency response plans.
- Coordinate emergency response drills with local emergency services.

8. **Reporting and Documentation**
- Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, incidents, and training.
- Prepare reports for management on safety performance and areas for improvement.

9. **Safety Culture Promotion**
- Foster a culture of safety within the organization.
- Encourage employees to report unsafe conditions and practices.

10. **Collaboration**
- Work closely with management and employees to enhance safety measures.
- Collaborate with other departments to integrate safety into all operations.

11. **Monitoring and Evaluation**
- Continuously monitor safety performance and evaluate the effectiveness of safety programs.
- Adjust strategies based on feedback and safety metrics.

12. **Stay Informed**
- Keep abreast of industry trends and advancements in safety practices.
- Attend training sessions and conferences to enhance knowledge and skills.

Qualification - INDUSTRIAL SAFETY, ISO45001, ISO 14001

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
