**Roles & Responsibilities**:
To ensure the implementation of safety policies, procedures, and practices on transmission line and substation construction sites, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, company standards, and client specifications, thereby promoting a safe work environment for all personnel involved in the project.

**Key Result Areas**

**Internal**:

- Monitor day-to-day activities across transmission lines and substation works to ensure compliance with all HSE regulations and procedures.
- Conduct daily safety inspections and audits at substations and transmission line locations.
- Enforce the use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and safe work practices.
- Coordinating with Engineers.
- Conduct Job Safety Analysis (JSA) / Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA) before critical activities such as tower erection, lifting, hot work, confined space entry and electrical commissioning.

**External**:

- Coordinating with Labor.
- Coordinating with Contractor

**Educational Qualification**:

- Diploma or Degree in Engineering / Science with additional qualifications in Industrial Safety or ITI in Safety

**Required Skills**:

- Site Safety Compliance, Risk Assessment & Hazard Control, Incident Management, Training & Awareness, Documentation & Reporting.
- Compliance & Coordination, Knowledge of electrical safety standards, Work-at-height safety, Lifting operations, Permit-to-work systems, Good communication with report writing skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and in remote project sites, Toolbox Talk, Emergency Management, HNS Induction.

**Work Experience**:

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in safety management at transmission line and substation EPC projects.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
