**What your day-to-day will look like**:
Work with Quality leaders to develop and implement quality assurance and quality control strategies, policies, and procedures to drive operational excellence and elevate stakeholder and client satisfaction.
Analyse quality processes, workflows and data to identify opportunities for optimization.
Analyse data and identify trends to drive decision-making and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish quality control measures and monitor compliance.
Collaborate with automation developers to implement and test automated workflows.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to transaction quality.
Propose and implement process enhancements to enhance efficiency while maintaining accuracy standards.
Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to quality management in the Real Estate Industry and the processes supported by JBS.
Work with Quality managers to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance transaction processes and minimize errors.
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with internal policies, regulations, and industry best practices.
Collaborate with the technology team to develop and implement automation solutions for transaction processes.

**Qualifications and skills**:
University Graduates / Post-Graduates or equivalent work experience in analytics. A minimum of eight (8) years’ industry experience required either in the corporate environment, third party service provider or as a consultant.
Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in quality management within the IT/ BPO / Shared services industry.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively present complex data to diverse stakeholders.
Strong knowledge of quality management principles, methodologies, and tools.
Exceptional understanding of Six Sigma, and other quality management systems.
Demonstrated experience in leading quality improvement initiatives and driving change across an organization.
Proven history in conducting audits and inspections and implementing preventive actions.
Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Quality certifications (e.g., Six Sigma Black Belt) are highly desirable.
Experience in deploying ISO 9001 would be an added advantage.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Proficiency in process mapping and documentation.
