- Job Responsibility
- Finishing knowledge and experience is must
- To review architectural plans and prepare quantity requirements
- To analyze the completed projects and understand the ROI and cost analysis.
- Preparation of tender and contract documents, BOQ in coordination with architect or consultant.
- To conduct feasibility study to estimate materials, time, and labor costs. Help in budget preparation.
- Monitoring of work done and cost incurred and whether if it is in line with planned budget.
- Negotiating and analyzing the costs for tenders and contracts.
- To give suggestion on a range of legal and contractual issues.
- Performing the valuing of completed work and arrange for payments.
- Allocate work to subcontractors.
- To attend training internal /external arranged by the company. To search for new ideas, techniques through social sites which will be beneficial for the company’s growth.
- Any other additional responsibilities assigned by Management / Reporting Manager.
- Key Skills:

- Understanding of construction, materials, pricing, and industry
- Mandatory: Well versed with MS Office and AutocCAD,2D,3D
- Industry: Real Estate preferred
- Gender: Open
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience.
- Job Location: Santacruz (Head Office - If Required might have to visit site at THANE)
- Working Days: 6 days (2nd and 4th Saturdays off)
- Qualification: B.Tech/B.E
- CTC: upto 12 lakhs
