Office Administrator

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including filing, managing correspondence, and maintaining records.
- **Invoice Management**: Prepare, raise, and follow up on invoices.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor and maintain office inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- **Staff Attendance**: Record and track staff attendance and ensure timely reporting.
- Prepare and assist in drafting business proposals, agreements, and other documentation.
- Make cold marketing calls to potential clients as needed.
- Assist in maintaining and updating data in Tally for accounting purposes.
- Provide support in basic HR tasks like handling employee queries and documentation.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Minimum 12th Grade (HSC) or higher.
- **Languages**: Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi is a must.
- **Skills**:
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel with formula and basic function knowledge.
- Experience with Tally is a plus.
- Knowledge of raising invoices and managing documentation.
- Basic understanding of inventory management processes.
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
- Ability to handle cold marketing calls confidently (added advantage).
**Other Requirements**:
- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
