We are looking to hire an experienced, customer-oriented telesales executive to utilize inbound and outbound telephone calls to achieve sales targets. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Understanding the products and services offered by the company.
- Calling existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase company products and services.
- Accurately recording details of customers purchase orders.
- Building a strong relationship with the old and existing customers.
- Setting a sales target and developing a marketing strategy for the same.
- Consulting about client requirements and expectations.
- Answering to customers questions in regards to products and services.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelors degree in any field
- 3+years of work experience as a Telesales Executive, Telesales Representatives, or a related job position in the sales department.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills
- Ability to deal with different personalities

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra, Mumbai - 400083, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 9 years (preferred)
- Sales: 9 years (preferred)
