Job Title: Junior Graphic Designer

Location: Bandra, Mumbai

Experience: 1-2years

**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**
- Support the Lead Designer in developing creative assets for digital and print campaigns.
- Assist in maintaining brand guidelines across all design deliverables.
- Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and other team members to deliver cohesive creatives.
- Work with graphic design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.) to create engaging solutions.
- Edit and create short-form video content for social media using Adobe Premiere Pro/After Effects (basic level).
- Help with website and newsletter updates (e.g., uploading creatives, embedding videos, hyperlinks).
- Stay updated with design trends and bring fresh, creative ideas to the table.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail across all projects.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.
- 1-2 years of hands-on design experience (agency background preferred).
- Strong design sense, creativity, and an eye for detail.
- Knowledge of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for simple content updates is a plus.
- Good communication, teamwork, and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask, work under deadlines and adapt to evolving project needs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
