**Responsibilities**:

- Create engaging and informative content for social media channels, such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Monitor and analyze social media and website analytics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
- Manage and oversee the company's website, ensuring that it is optimized for search engine ranking and user experience.
- Collaborate with other departments, including creative, product, and sales, to ensure alignment of digital marketing strategies with business objectives.
- Identify new digital marketing opportunities, trends, and technologies to stay ahead of the competition.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media and digital marketing.

**Requirements, Experience and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in social media and digital marketing, with a minimum of 1 years of experience preferably in a creative / advertising agency.
- Experience in handling lead generation campaigns, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, organic and paid advertising platforms.
- Knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) best practices.
- Proficiency in social media marketing (SMM) across various platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹150000 - ₹20000 per months
