QTN Global Services Pvt. Ltd. is a growing IT and Digital Marketing company based in Alwar, Rajasthan. We provide website development, SEO, social media marketing, and performance-driven campaigns for clients across various industries.

**Position: Digital Marketing Executive**

**Type**: Full-Time | Work from Office

**Experience**: 1-3 Years (Freshers with strong skills can also apply)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and execute digital marketing strategies across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other platforms.
- Manage SEO - On-page & Off-page, keyword research, backlink strategies, and content optimization.
- Monitor and manage Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other tracking tools.
- Create and manage engaging content for social media platforms.
- Collaborate with the design and development team for website and landing page optimization.
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance and KPIs.
- Research market trends and competitor activities to improve campaign effectiveness.

**Key Skills Required**:

- Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Business Profile
- SEO tools: Ahrefs, Semrush, Ubersuggest, Google Search Console, Google Analytics
- Basic knowledge of WordPress, HTML/CSS is a plus
- Strong communication and content writing skills
- Creative mindset with analytical abilities

**Qualification**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field
- Digital marketing certification is a plus (Google/Facebook Hubspot etc.)

**Salary**: As per industry standards (Based on experience and performance)

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
