Monitor and respond toreviews and customer feedbackprofessionally to maintain positive online reputation. Plan and executecontent marketing campaigns— blogs, social media posts, product descriptions, and promotional content. Createengaging ad copies, social posts, and marketing materialstailored to U.S. audiences. Collaborate with SEO and design teams toenhance visibility and content quality . Managesocial media posting schedulesand audience engagement during U.S. hours. Conductcompetitor and keyword researchto identify marketing opportunities. Track, analyze, and reportmarketing performance metricssuch as impressions, reach, engagement, and conversions. Contribute ideas forcampaign improvements, promotions, and outreach strategies . ️ Required Skills & Qualifications1–3 years of experience inYelp marketing, online marketing, or content creation . ExcellentEnglish writing and communication skills(U.S. tone preferred). Strong understanding ofYelp, Google Business Profiles, Facebook, and Instagram marketing . Familiarity withSEO principles, hashtags, and keyword usage . Basic knowledge ofdesign and content toolssuch as Canva, ChatGPT, or Grammarly. Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with a growth mindset. Work ScheduleShift:Night Shift (Aligned with U.S. Time Zone) Days:Monday to Friday Work Mode:Onsite / Remote / Hybrid (as applicable) Education & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
