**About this opportunity**:
We are now looking for a Project Planner to support the Customer Project Manager with specialist knowledge in the area of project planning and financial monitoring, trend analysis, backwards scheduling, production of reports, control and monitoring. The Project Planner should be the project organization top authority on Ericsson recommended tool for tracking and reporting purposes.

In addition, you will drive the implementation and adherence of relevant tools and systems required to be used by the Customer Project Manager.

**What you will do**:

- Review project planning inputs.
- Support CPM on monitoring the operational plans and financial plans are syncs
- Monitor, maintain, and improve CPM finance performance.
- Monitor that customer governance reports are in place on time and report deviations
- Secure the alignment & consistency of the information with other systems
- Support and enhance MA project governance including XLPM process (risks, quality, cost tracking)
- Monthly project performance gap analysis and follow up improvement areas
- Weekly operate Sitetracker/GC process for an expected performance audit

**You will bring**:

- Business Level of English Language
- Good communication skills to support frequent reporting towards to MA CPMs.
- 3 or above years of project governance management experience
- Familiar with project governance-related tools/IT platforms (Erisite, **Sitetracker**, SAP, Global Chronos)
- Requires an understanding of the complexity of mobilization and ramp-up of site production, efficiency factors for planned or started attempts versus failing rate, and successful implementation and handling of the backlog

**Key Qualifications**:

- Education: Engineering or Science graduates
- ** Min years of experience: 3-5Yrs**:

- ** Locations: Bangalore/Noida**:

- Domain experience: Network Services Rollout/ Implementation
- Requires both theoretical knowledge and understanding through solid experience i.e. from deployment in rollout projects as Regional Implementation Manager or similar for a period of minimum 2 years.
- Good understanding about Project Management and XLPM
- Able to support Efficiency and Automation initiatives
- Proficiency with the English Language
