**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Casting of Pier works - Execution at Marine section using Crane Barges - Height of Pier average is 20Rmt from Pilecap Bottom
- Casting of Pilecap for Substation Pilecap location - approx. 100 cum per Pilecap works done
- Cast In situ Piercap execution works including the Client approval for Concrete casting
- Prefab - Rebar Cage - tying and erection on Piercap - using Crane Barge
- Daily toll box meetings for EHS observation and routine programs discussions
- Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans
- Ability to direct the work of others and make quick decisions
- Coordinate operations, Supervise and train and oversee workers
- Assists Safety & Environmental Representatives in the development, implementation and enforcement of safety and environmental programs relative to terminal operations
- Responsible for erection of precast units as per drawing and implementation of safety norms as applicable to heavy lifting and erection operations.
- Supervise the distribution of resources like materials, machinery or workforce.
- Keep a track of reconciliations of materials being used against issued from stores leading to better traceability of assets within the site.
- Responsible for enforcing safety measures and also carrying out standard operating procedures as per L&T’s policy.
