We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team and play a crucial role in maintaining strong relationships with our retailers and wholesalers. If you are a proactive communicator with a knack for managing orders, payments, and supply chain logistics, we'd love to have you on board

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain relationships with retailers and wholesalers in the assigned territory.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and providing exceptional customer service.
- Take orders from clients, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Collect payments in a timely manner, maintaining financial records accurately.
- Collaborate with the finance department to ensure all payments are accounted for.
- Manage the supply chain process, coordinating with the logistics team to ensure on-time and accurate deliveries.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with the production team to fulfill orders efficiently.
- Provide regular updates to clients about order status, delivery schedules, and any relevant information.
- Actively seek new business opportunities and expand the client base in the territory.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
- Prepare and present sales reports to the management team on a regular basis.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Organized and detail-oriented approach to order management and supply chain logistics.
- Proficiency in using sales software and tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.
- Knowledge of the [Apparel and Textiles] is a plus.
