Position Name: Finance Controller

Location: Mumbai

Our Client is India's Premier street-wear fashion destination, that deals in premium luxury apparel. Redefining the sneaker culture in India by making exclusive kicks from Yeezys, Jordans, Anti Social Social Club, Adidas, Nike, etc. more accessible to the niche yet prevalent market of sneakerheads.

Preferred Requirements
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial analysis. - Experience managing budgets, financial forecasting, and cash management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Job Role and Responsibilities:

- Manage the day-to-day financial operations of the company, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures that ensure the accuracy and integrity of the company's financial records.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reports for the senior leadership team. - Provide financial analysis and recommendations to the CEO and senior leadership team.
- Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and filing requirements. - Develop and maintain relationships with banks, auditors, and other financial institutions.
- Manage the annual budgeting process and provide ongoing financial forecasting and analysis.

Basic Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the sneaker industry or similar high-end consumer goods industry.
- Good communication skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹800,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
