We are looking for dynamic sales officers to join our sales team in Bangalore for an established UK based insurance company. Your primary goal will be to convert leads into sales and contribute to the overall success of our business.

**Location: Bangalore**

Shift Details: Monday to Saturday (UK shift)

**Responsibilities**:

- Establishing new business opportunities through telephone communication.
- Promoting and cross-selling an extensive range of insurance products.
- Executing outbound sales calls to customers, presenting our insurance services, and converting leads into sales.
- Leveraging CRM software for tracking sales activities, updating customer details, and maintaining precise records.
- Remaining informed about industry trends, competitor actions, and product knowledge to drive sales effectively in the market.
- Achieving or surpassing designated sales targets while actively contributing to team goals.
- Engaging in sales training programs and ongoing professional development activities to enhance sales expertise and knowledge.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in International sales (Inbound/Outbound).
- Keen understanding of sales principles and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledgeable on ERP and CRM tools.
- Flexible to work for UK shifts and weekends.
