**Production Department**

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Operate and monitor production machinery and processes as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).

2. Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and production standards.

3. Handle raw materials, in-process checks, and finished product verification.

4. Maintain accurate production logs and records.

5. Troubleshoot minor operational issues and escalate concerns to the supervisor.

6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (quality control, maintenance, etc.) to achieve production targets.

7. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the production area.

8. Participate in on-the-job training and learn new production processes.

**Quality Assurance**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1.**Conduct routine inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.

2. Perform chemical and physical testing as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

3. Document inspection results accurately and maintain detailed quality reports.

4. Identify, report, and escalate deviations or non-conformities in production processes.

5. Collaborate with the production team to ensure quality is maintained throughout the production cycle.

6. Assist in the investigation of quality issues and implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

7. Support audits and ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and quality protocols.

8. Maintain and calibrate laboratory instruments and testing equipment as required.

9. Continuously learn and stay updated with quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies.

**Skills and Competencies**:
Strong understanding of chemistry and quality control principles.

Knowledge of laboratory testing methods and instruments.

Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

Good documentation and report-writing skills.

Problem-solving abilities to identify and address quality concerns.

Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
