**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- **Education**: Master’s degree in Chemistry, Education, or a related field.
- **Certification**: Teaching certification or licensure (as required by the state/country).
- **Experience**: MIN 3 YEARS (grade 10)
- Strong knowledge of chemistry concepts and laboratory safety procedures.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and classroom management skills.
- Ability to inspire and engage students in learning chemistry.
