**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of visitors, vehicles, and other persons.
- Conduct regular patrols around the premises to ensure safety and security.
- Ensure all doors, windows, and gates are properly locked.
- Report any suspicious behavior or security breaches immediately.
- Handle basic maintenance tasks such as cleaning, light repairs, and gardening.
- Coordinate with facility management for any major repair or upkeep requirements.
- Receive deliveries and supervise utility service visits.
- Maintain a daily log of activities and observations.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in a security, watchman, or caretaker role preferred.
- Physically fit and alert.
- Trustworthy, responsible, and proactive.
- Ability to manage minor maintenance and housekeeping tasks.
- Basic knowledge of Hindi, Telugu, or English.
- Willingness to stay on-site (accommodation provided).
