**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and control access to the premises, including visitors, vehicles, and deliveries.
- Conduct routine patrols to ensure the safety and security of the property.
- Ensure that all entry points (doors, windows, and gates) are properly secured.
- Report any suspicious activity, safety issues, or security breaches promptly.
- Perform minor maintenance and caretaking tasks such as cleaning, light repairs, and gardening.
- Assist with facility upkeep by coordinating with maintenance personnel for larger repairs.
- Receive and manage deliveries and supervise visits by utility service providers.
- Maintain a daily logbook of security checks, visitor entries, and relevant observations.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in a similar role (security, watchman, or caretaker) is preferred.
- Must be physically fit and alert at all times.
- Honest, dependable, and able to work independently.
- Basic knowledge of maintenance and housekeeping tasks.
- Able to communicate in Hindi, Telugu, or English.
- Willing to stay on-site (accommodation provided).

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
