Job Summary:
The Business Development Executive will play a pivotal role in driving the company's
growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities, building strong client
relationships, and contributing to the overall strategic direction of the company. This role
requires a proactive, self-motivated individual with excellent communication and
negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients and markets to generate
new business opportunities.
- Client Acquisition: Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients and
expand the company’s client base.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships
with key clients and stakeholders.
- Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create effective
sales strategies and campaigns.
- Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling proposals and
presentations to potential clients.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify
opportunities for growth and inform strategic decisions.
- Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and other details with
clients to close sales and meet revenue targets.
- Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, performance metrics, and business
development progress.
- Payment Collection: Payment collection from clients against service offered
- CRM: Make entry of clients in CRM and update regularly
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related
field; MBA is a plus.
- Experience: Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
- Skills:
→ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
→ Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
→ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
→ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
→ Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
