Hiring for Assistant Coordinator - Projects

Education: BE Civil

Experience: Minimum 5 years

Role:
1) Daily MIS for Construction, Pre Sales, Sales and Post Sales Department with co ordination with these departments ( Construction, Lead Generation, Housing Loan, Disbursement, etc)

2) Verify drafts for Agreement of Sale, demands generated

3) Preparation of UC based on site progress.

4) Liaising with MHADA, Architect, Structural Consultant and other consultants’ case to case basis

5) Quarterly P&L Account

6) Certification/Audit of civil work invoices prepared by site

7) Liaison for land related topics.

Computer Knowledge:
Should be well conversant with MS office, AutoCAD, knowledge of ERP is add on

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Vikhroli, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
