**Key Deliverables**:
**Order Management and Tracking**
- Coordination with PAN India branches for the medicine supply
- Raising purchase orders and overseeing of order management for Branch
- Verifying details and documents pertaining to supplies and giving approvals on mail to branches to proceed with delivery to patients or hospitals.
- Making follow-up calls regarding order placement

**Stock Management**
- Ensure all the stock is accurately managed
- Conduct regular audits of warehouses and distribution centres to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Resolve any issues or delays in logistics operations promptly and efficiently to minimize disruptions to supply chain activities.
- Checking out stocks on a monthly basis. Preparing and submitting periodical MIS reports

**Documentation**:

- Handling banking documents and transactions
- Over all branch co-ordination with other branches

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in logistics management, supply chain management, or a related field.
- 2 -3 years of proven experience of in pharmaceutical logistics operations, with a strong understanding of Good Distribution Practices (GDP) and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work extended hours as needed to meet deadlines or address emergencies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
