Responsible for the day-to-day cleaning service areas of the front office and internally with departmental relations.
- Performing quality checks, developing and reviewing performance reports, identify areas to improve, and implement measures to improve performance.
- He should be maintaining and checking the entry and exit register for staff, and ensuring that the staff movements are properly updated.
- Ensuring that all the CRM team members are positioned properly in each floor and receiving the customers with utmost warmth and care.
- Checking the Showroom walk-ins and verifying the no-deal customer data sheet, and preparing the weekly/monthly consolidated summary analysis report for the Showroom Manager.
- Preparing all the necessary Daily/Weekly/Monthly MIS reports as needed by the Showroom Manager.
- Daily morning checking of C.C.T.V Cameras/Telephones/Weighing Scales/Computers ETC working properly.
- Checking and stocking all the packaging materials and gifting items, and maintaining a proper record of such items given to customers.
- Checking & getting the things well maintained by vendors lift, electric fittings, Generator, Plumbing issue, Petty reports etc. Back up of server.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
