Hiring for a QC Inspector profile for a Manufacturing Company for Pune location

**Designation**: - QC Inspector (Electronics / Electrical/Interpersonal skills, Analytical mind, Communication skill, Time Management.)

**Education**: - Graduate in Science faculty / Diploma in Engg.

**Salary**: Hike on current salary
- Experience : 5-10 Years (Conversant with concepts of Quality Management System.)

**Gender**: - Male

**Location**: Pune

**Responsibilities**:
- Skills to record testing data and do the documentation work.

Able to perform tests using HPLC, GC, IR.

Able to do the calibration of Laboratory Instruments.

Aware of techniques for sanitation, housekeeping.

Skills for using personal protection equipment, Safety equipment like fire fighters.

To check the properties / characteristics of Raw materials, intermediates, finished products as the case may be as per Company’s Quality Specifications.

Maintain record of the data in the prescribed formats.

To ensure that proper manufacturing process are performed as per QAP.

To train operators to maintain quality procedures in production.

To help in validation of products and process as per quality norms.

To perform test using the testing equipment, on the material under study as per the Standard Operating Procedure laid down.

To follow Good Laboratory Practices during work to ensure that cleanliness, housekeeping and hygiene is being maintained.

Calibrate the instruments used in the laboratory as per the Calibration schedule / SOP. And document the same as per the specifications.

To ensure that proper safety measures are performed / taken while performing any of the procedure so as to avoid accidents and harm to self, fellow employees and equipment of the company.

To monitor the housekeeping practices and ensure that schedules are followed.

To inform to the superiors any abnormalities found while performing the test.

Conduct other jobs / assignments assigned by management / superiors time to time.

To coordinate with Production and Quality Assurance departments for sampling, testing, recording of materials at various stages.

To coordinate with other departments viz Stores, HR & Admn., Safety, Security for continuous and undisturbed functioning of laboratory.

Written and spoken English, Hindi and Marathi.

Travel to suppliers premesis to conduct and establish their process control
