**Education**: - University Graduate or Post Graduate in Engineering.(Electrical/Electronics, TQM REQUIRED)
**Salary**: Hike on current salary
- Experience : 12-15 Years (Overall incharge of quality assurance dept. Incoming Quality, Manufacturing Quality and Finished Goods Quality validation of products.)
**Gender**: - Male
**Location**: Pune
**Responsibilities**:
- KNOWLEDGE Thorough understanding of Regulatory system & Total Quality Management. Fault identification and provide solution in conjunction with related departments.
Implement best practices followed in the industry.
Conversant with implementation of ISO and other related audits.
WORKING ABILITY Able to work independently in concurrence with company’s policies to achieve the target set from time to time.
Mobilising the quality resources for optimum acheivement of all round quality improvements.
Co-ordinate with internal and external customers.
Develop & implement system to release or reject all the incoming raw materials, to monitor validation of Mfg Process & use analytical methods for continuous process improvement, assuring quality of finished goods as per agreed standards.
To ensure that all production operations are strictly adhered to ISO 9001-2008, and related S.O.P's. Ensure that internal audits (self-inspections) are performed. Responsible for documentation and control of documents in the organization. To maintain the overall functioning records etc. properly for facing any internal or external audits.
Approve all procedures potentially impacting the quality of finished products. Prepare all specifications & master production instructions, moniter changes that potentially impact the product quality.
Ability to analyze quality issues technically and provide adequate solutions.

To approve vendors. To design and prepare necessary SOP for all activities related to smooth functioning of Q.A department. To support related dept. for maintaining the system.
i) Reviewing and approving validation protocols and reports. Impart training the employees and vendors.
Provide timely MIS to top mgmt.
To control the process & equipment deviations through process change. To maintain and calibrate the equipments as per appropriate standards. To evaluate & investigate customer complaint & report probable solutions to concern departments.
**Language**: - Fluent in written and spoken English and Hindi.
**TRAVEL**: - With valid traveling document and be able to travel abroad.
