**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a proactive **Calling Executive** to promote our digital marketing services over the phone. This role involves outbound calls, lead follow-ups, and converting interested prospects into paying clients through voice-based communication.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound and follow-up calls to potential clients.
- Understand business needs and recommend suitable digital marketing solutions.
- Explain service benefits clearly and confidently handle objections.
- Coordinate with internal teams for proposal sharing and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate CRM records of call activity and lead status.
- Meet monthly targets for outreach, conversions, and closures.

**Requirements**:

- 0-1 years of experience in voice-based sales or telecalling, preferably in digital marketing or IT.
- Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to explain digital services in simple, value-focused terms.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and structured follow-up systems.
- Confidence in handling end-to-end conversations over the phone.
