**Position: Tele Caller - Order Confirmation and Address Verification**

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Tele Caller to join our team and assist in ensuring accurate order processing and address verification.

**Role and Responsibilities**:
As a Tele Caller - Order Confirmation and Address Verification, you will play a crucial role in the customer journey by ensuring that orders are accurately confirmed and the provided addresses are verified for delivery. Your responsibilities will include:

- Making outbound calls to customers who have placed orders through our website.
- Confirming order details, quantities, and specifications to ensure accuracy.
- Verifying the shipping/billing address provided by the customer to prevent delivery errors.
- Resolving any order-related queries or concerns customers might have.
- Providing exceptional customer service and addressing any issues professionally.
- Recording and updating customer information accurately in the database.
- Collaborating with the sales and logistics teams to streamline the order fulfillment process.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and friendly tone.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to cross-verify information accurately.
- Patience and persistence when dealing with customer inquiries and concerns.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
- Previous experience in a customer service or Tele-calling role is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
