**Key Responsibilities**
- **Customer Engagement**:

- Welcome clients with a professional and courteous approach.
- Understand customer requirements and provide expert product recommendations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Demonstrate deep knowledge of imported furniture, including origin, design aesthetics, materials, and craftsmanship.
- Educate clients on the unique features and benefits of imported pieces in our collection.
- Stay updated on global trends and innovations in luxury furniture.
- **Sales and Revenue**:

- Achieve and exceed sales targets through consultative selling techniques.
- Handle price negotiations, generate invoices, and ensure smooth sales transactions.
- **Showroom Maintenance**:

- Maintain the showroom's premium aesthetic by ensuring all displays are organized and appealing.
- Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to highlight imported collections effectively.
- **Market Intelligence**:

- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.
- Provide feedback to the management team to refine sales strategies and product curation.
- **Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in the CRM system.
- Provide daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports as required.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- **Education**: Graduate degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years in luxury or premium retail sales; experience in selling imported furniture is a significant advantage.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasive selling abilities.
- A keen eye for design, aesthetics, and an understanding of international furniture trends.
- Proficiency in using sales and CRM tools.
- **Attitude**: Passionate about luxury retail and committed to delivering high-quality service.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
