Soft Skills Trainer

**Purpose of this position**:

- To Train students in Soft Skills
- Fostering equal opportunity practices and encourage students’ association
- Paying attention to cultural or societal differences in dealing with the students

**Activity List**:
1. Provide classroom / Online training in Soft Skills

2. Design, plan and implement effective training curriculum on aspects of behavioral skills & communication skills

3. Educate on ways to improve their communication skills and relationships with others. Improve the soft skills required to work and interact with their colleagues and customers.

4. Evaluate the effectiveness of each educational session and maintain the reports.

5. Maintain updated records of training curriculum and materials.

6. Provides job search/career information workshops and presentations as needed.

7. Facilitates career counselling, evaluation, skills training, job readiness training and other activities related to employment

8. Provide handling doubt sessions or query sessions for the students

9. Give appropriate assignments and projects for the students to make them grow with hands-on experience

10. To deliver course material as per the curriculum

11. Consults, facilitates, and maintains communication with parents, teachers, administrators, and pertinent agents on specific student and parent academic and educational matters.

12. Provides feedback and recommends appropriate action and solutions to individual student’s academic and educational needs and abilities.

**Qualifications/Skills**:
1. Able to build customized training content and assessment tools for the same.

2. Good knowledge of modern training techniques.

3. Must have experience as Soft Skill trainer.

5. Able to create content for the course

**Educational Qualification **:Minimum Graduation and relevant experience of 3-4 years & NSDC Certification

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
