**About the Role**
Nobtech Enterprises is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive **Project Coordinator** to join our growing team. In this role, you will work closely with the project management team to ensure smooth execution of projects — on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities.
- Track timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and help resolve issues.
- Coordinate between internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Maintain project documentation (plans, reports, minutes, etc.).
- Assist in budget tracking and cost analysis.
- Support project managers in conflict resolution and operational issues.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Graduate degree (Business Administration, Project Management, or related preferred).
- 1-2 years of experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office & basic project management tools.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- PMP certification is an added advantage.
