**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Motion Graphics & Animation**
- Design and create high-quality motion graphics and animations for marketing materials, social media, websites, and digital ads.
- Develop engaging GIF animations for various digital platforms, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Work with After Effects and Premiere Pro to produce motion graphics for videos, product explainers, and advertisements.
- Design animated infographics and typography-based motion videos to enhance storytelling.
- Ensure brand consistency in animations and visual storytelling.
- **Video Editing & Production**
- Edit and enhance video content using Adobe Premiere Pro, ensuring smooth transitions, effects, and audio integration.
- Create short-form and long-form videos for social media, advertising, and promotional purposes.
- Work on color correction, grading, and visual effects to improve video quality.
- Develop storyboards and visual concepts for video projects.
- **UI/UX Design & Digital Assets Creation**
- Design and structure UI components in Figma with a proper design system for web and mobile applicatios (buttons, forms, modals, grids).
- Create pixel-perfect components for handing off to developers.
- Ensure responsive and accessible UI designs using Bootstrap and Tailwind CSS guidelines.
- Organize Figma files with auto-layouts, variants, and component libraries.
- Ensure consistency in UI motion elements and interactions across digital products.
- **Brand & Creative Collaboration**
- Work closely with the marketing, product, and design teams to develop visually appealing and brand-consistent content.
- Brainstorm and execute innovative visual concepts for brand campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in motion design, video production, and UI animation.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **2 to 3 years of experience** in Motion Graphics, Video Editing, and UI Animation.
- Strong proficiency in **Adobe Creative Suite** (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Good Experience in **Figma** for UI/UX design.
- Knowledge of **GIF animation** creation for digital marketing and social media.
- Ability to conceptualize and execute motion designs from start to finish.
- Good understanding of **color theory, typography, and composition**.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for design.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
