**Job Description: Motion Graphics Designer & Animator**

We are looking for a talented **Motion Graphics Designer & Animator** to join our creative team. In this role, you will craft visually stunning animations, motion graphics, and other multimedia content that aligns with our brand and captivates our audience. **Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design and produce high-quality motion graphics and animations for video content, advertisements, social media, and other digital platforms.**:

- Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and execute designs that meet project objectives.
- Create engaging visual effects, transitions, and dynamic animations to enhance video content.
- Develop storyboards, style frames, and prototypes to communicate design concepts effectively.
- Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate innovative techniques into projects.
- Optimize graphics and animations for various platforms, ensuring high performance and quality.
- Edit video footage and integrate it with motion graphics where necessary.
- Maintain consistency with the brand’s visual identity across all motion projects.
- **Expert in designing for social media**, including knowledge of platform-specific requirements.
- A **strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, animations, logo designs, and social media templates.**

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Motion Graphics Designer, Animator, or similar role.
- Proficiency in software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Strong skills in animation, graphic design, typography, and storytelling.
- Experience in creating both 2D animations and motion graphics (3D animation experience is a plus).
- A strong portfolio showcasing your motion graphics and animation work.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to take feedback constructively.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of 3D animation tools such as Cinema 4D or Blender is a plus.
- Experience with video editing and post-production workflows.
- Understanding of branding and marketing strategies for video content.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹450,000.76 - ₹550,262.65 per year

**Benefits**:
