**Job Title**: Liaisoning/Project Architect**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:Architectural Design & Planning**:

- Develop detailed architectural drawings, layouts, and 3D designs as per project requirements.
- Ensure designs are functional, aesthetically pleasing, and comply with applicable building codes and regulations.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and consultants to finalize design concepts.

**Liaisoning & Compliance**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for government authorities, municipal corporations, and regulatory bodies.
- Handle approvals and permits related to building plans, zoning, environmental clearances, and other statutory requirements.
- Ensure all projects meet local building codes, safety standards, and legal requirements.
- Prepare and submit necessary documentation for project approvals.

**Project Management**:

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, and site supervisors, to ensure project timelines are met.
- Monitor on-site construction to ensure adherence to the approved plans and designs.
- Resolve design-related issues and provide solutions to on-site challenges.

**Reporting & Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of design modifications, approval processes, and project progress.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Prepare detailed presentations and proposals for clients and authorities.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch).
- Certification or experience in project management is a plus.
- **Experience**:

- 3-5 years of experience in architectural design and liaisoning, preferably in real estate or infrastructure projects.
- Familiarity with regulatory approval processes and government bodies.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other 3D modeling tools.
- Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and environmental regulations.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:

- Timely approval of building plans and permits.
- Accuracy and quality of architectural designs.
- Compliance with regulatory standards and codes.
- Successful coordination between stakeholders and authorities.
- Adherence to project timelines and budgets.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,205.09 - ₹1,046,322.66 per year
