Job title: Senior Placement Officer

Work location: JP Nagar, Bangalore

Experience: 5+ Years

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Determine placement requirements and assist all interested learners to identify employment

opportunities based on their interests.

- To have close liaison with industry for the placement of students.
- Preparing placement calendar for the entire year and scheduling companies on campus and

leading all communication related to Recruiters.
- To collect feedback from the companies coming for placement
- Arrange training programs for soft skills and for interview-facing skills for the students

using institutional and external expertise.
- Engage with employers in order to develop and foster work-integrated learning

opportunities for students.
- Design and implement student work-readiness and career development programming,

including resume development, interview preparation workshops, etc.

Requirements and skills:

- Proven work experience as a Placement Officer
- An ability to understand and analyze performance metrics
- Strong communication and team management skills
- Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude

**Salary**: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 5 years (preferred)
