- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Monitor and ensure proper behavior and discipline in the classroom.
- Foster a love for learning by implementing creative teaching methods such as storytelling, art, music, and play-based activities.
- Introduce foundational concepts of literacy, numeracy, and environmental awareness.
- Conduct regular assessments to track children’s progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Support and nurture the emotional, social, and physical well-being of each child.
- Encourage positive interactions and help children develop critical social skills.
- Identify special needs or learning challenges and work with counselors or specialists as required.
- Communicate effectively with parents through regular meetings, feedback sessions, and progress reports.
- Provide guidance to parents on child development and strategies for learning at home.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and other documentation.
- Collaborate with other teachers and participate in staff meetings and training programs.
- Assist in organizing school events, such as annual day, sports day, or parent-teacher meets.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
