**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations across common areas, restrooms, corridors, and service zones of the commercial project.
- Inspect facilities to ensure they meet cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Assign duties to housekeeping staff and monitor their performance.
- Ensure all cleaning materials and equipment are safely and efficiently used and maintained.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and place orders as required.
- Coordinate with maintenance and security teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on housekeeping activities.
- Handle customer and tenant complaints or feedback related to housekeeping.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation protocols.
- Train new housekeeping staff and conduct periodic refresher training sessions.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a supervisory housekeeping role, preferably in a commercial or hospitality setting.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment.
- Basic computer literacy is a plus.
- Must be locally based or willing to relocate to Zirakpur.
- Should be professional in behavior.
- Experience in managing housekeeping operations in malls, office complexes, or large commercial spaces will be an added advantage.
