**Job Role**: A housekeeping office boy, also known as an office boy or pantry boy, is responsible for keeping an office clean and tidy. They also assist with office tasks and errands.

**Job details**:

- Education: Minimum 10th
- Experience: 3-5 yrs
- Job location: Chandigarh City Centre, VIP Road Zirakpur, Punjab
- Package: 10-20k p.m.
- Full time, Work from office, Flexible Split Shifts
- 6 Days working, Indian split shifts
- Shift timings: 6 am to 12 pm and 4 pm to 8 pm
- Overall 10 hours of shift with flexible timings and good salary

**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Always greet the clients
- **Cleaning**: Keep the Yoga Hall, Aerial Hall, Pilates Hall, PT Room, 2 bathrooms, pantry, Front desk area, CEO Cabin and other areas of the office clean and tidy. Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum all these areas.
- **Sanitation**: Clean and sanitize all the office equipment, Pilates machines, furniture, and other required areas.
- **Trash removal**: Empty and clean trash cans (Dustbins), and dispose of accumulated trash.
- **Supplies**: Replenish toilet paper, soap, hand towels, and other toiletries.
- **Administrative tasks**: Assist with photocopying, filing, and delivering documents
- **Assisting with meetings**: Set up meeting rooms, arrange chairs and tables, and prepare refreshments.
- **Handling mail and packages**: Collect and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and documents.
- **Performing basic office tasks**: Photocopy, scan, and file documents.
- **Reporting issues**: Report maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
- **Providing refreshments**: Serve Water, tea or coffee to staff and visitors.
